I won a settlement after an accident plus I had a lot of money. The office building was well below market value, however it needed a lot of renovations plus repairs. That was the major reason why the owner of the office building was liquidating the property. I came up with a money offer for the office building plus the order accepted the offer. In less than two weeks, I was the owner of a commercial home in Jacksonville, FL. The commercial office building located downtown took multiple months to renovate. All of the plumbing plus electricity needed to be updated. My associate and I also added a brand new heating plus cooling system. After the major renovations were complete, I decided to start renting out space in the office building.
