When I provided the apartments for rent, I was entirely careful about the occupants I chose. Unluckily, the occupants hastily became an evening mare. They regularly called me to make repairs & improvements. They were late with their rent & sometimes failed to pay. They caused a tremendous amount of disfigurement. Because of the garbage piled up, the dwelling became infested with cockroaches & rats. There was mold & mildew growth. The deterioration of my building was aggravated ting & stressful. I was unwilling to deal with all of the requirements, complexities & delays with a conventional sale. Instead, I chose to go through a money apartment buyer. I was able to procure an offer via an online contact form. Within a span of two weeks, I signed the papers, closed on the dwelling & got my money. I was delighted to unload that building & turn over the headache of those occupants to someone else. While I cherish the town of Jacksonville, I will not be buying another rental property.
