The customer would be reliant on securing bank financing. I’ve learned that cash problems are the leading cause of real estate deals falling through. I wasted several months laboring with a realtor. There seemed to be no hope of selling the house. I ultimately contacted a cash property buyer. This eliminated the requirements and the risks. The cash property customer had adequate cash to purchase the property outright. I didn’t have to deal with inspection contingencies. There were no demands to make repairs, no negotiations and no delays. The cash property customer saw to the complicated paperwork and facilitated the whole process.
