For the longest time, my spouse & I have been looking for something to put around our garden to keep the rabbits & groundhogs out, however in our area, rabbits, groundhogs, & deer are the most infamous for breaking into the garden & eating everything down to the roots, then not even my flowers are safe from these critters, however my spouse swore she was going to find something that would at least keep the rabbits & groundhogs out, even if we could not do anything about the deer.
She was looking at plastic coated rebar tie wire to put around the gardens.
She figured if it was strong enough to hold up to concrete & other items, it should be strong enough to hold up to rabbits & groundhogs. My superb friend and I went to town & bought a roll of plastic coated rebar tie wire. I have a feeling it was a bit more extravagant than what my spouse originally hoped for, however we had a lot of money tied up in vegetable plants & seeds, & flower plants & seeds. I really hope that once we put the plastic coated rebar tie wire around our garden, we will be able to save our cucumberes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, & peas. If the rabbits & groundhogs can get into the garden with all that plastic coated rebar tie wire around it, then I supply up, apparently they want our flowers & vegetables more than we do! We’re still not sure how to deal with the deer, but they have already eaten my redberry bushes & strawberries, & frankly, I am exhausted of sharing with them.
