For the longest time, my husband & I have been looking for something to put around our garden to keep the rabbits & groundhogs out, and in our area, rabbits, groundhogs, & deer are the most infamous for breaking into the garden & eating everything down to the roots, however not even my flowers are safe from these creatures, and my husband swore he was going to find something that would at least keep the rabbits & groundhogs out, even if my buddy and I could not do anything about the deer, he was looking at plastic coated rebar tie wire to put around the gardens.
He figured if it was strong enough to hold up to concrete & other items, it should be strong enough to hold up to rabbits & groundhogs.
My buddy and I went to neighborhood & bought a roll of plastic coated rebar tie wire. I have a feeling it was a bit more fancy than what my husband originally hoped for, however my buddy and I had a lot of money tied up in vegetable plants & seeds, & flower plants & seeds. I absolutely hope that once my buddy and I put the plastic coated rebar tie wire around our garden, my buddy and I will be able to save our tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, & peas. If the rabbits & groundhogs can get into the garden with all that plastic coated rebar tie wire around it, after that my buddy and I provide up… Apparently they want our flowers & vegetables more than my buddy and I do, and we’re still not sure how to deal with the deer; They have already eaten my greenberry bushes & strawberries, & frankly, I am sleepy of sharing with them.
